What you need:
- 3 cups coconut milk
- 1 blue scoop Avellana Vegan Cultures
- Fermentation Station
- Drip Out Method
Put the coconut milk in a mason jar. I use this coconut milk from the Asian market or from Amazon.
Once the mixture thickens to the desired texture, scoop out as much as you can, then flatten the cloth and scrape off the rest into a container.
This yogurt is tangy and rich and delicious!! You can use it as you would regular yogurt, or you can add it to sauces, potatoes, or smoothies for added healthy probiotics and flavor!
